Rick Guinn
Rick Guinn has over 35 years of litigation experience through the Johnson County, Kansas, District Attorney‘s Office, the Office of the Kansas Attorney General, and more recently through representing clients in employment and business litigation. He has been the lead trial attorney in over 100 jury trials. Rick is a former president and current board member of the Johnson County Bar Association, and is a Master in the Earl E. O’Connor Inn of Court. He is an elected member of the Johnson County Judicial Nominating Commission. In 2016, The Johnson County Bar Foundation selected Rick as the recipient of the Legacy Award. Rick received his bachelor of science degree in business from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas, and his law degree from Washburn Law School in Topeka.
