Isaac Keppler
Isaac provides clients with business and employment solutions and regularly handles matters including:
- Resolving and litigating business and employment disputes.
- Advising and representing physicians and medical professionals regarding licensing and privileges matters; including suspensions, reports to the National Practitioner Data Bank, and state licensing investigations.
- Resolving and litigating discrimination and retaliation claims, including claims under the FLSA, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, Title VII, and similar state laws.
- Drafting and negotiating employment and noncompetition agreements and litigating disputes involving trade secrets and non-solicitation and non-competition agreements.
- Advising clients regarding compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Isaac is admitted in Kansas, Missouri, and Idaho. He is a member of the Earl E. O’Connor Inn of Court and the Johnson County Bar Association and regularly presents continuing legal education seminars in his practice areas. Recent presentations include:

Isaac graduated from Western New England University School of Law in 2007. Prior to joining Colantuono Guinn Keppler, Isaac worked as a litigation attorney for a mid-sized firm in Boise, Idaho. Isaac has also clerked for a state district court judge and worked as a research and writing attorney for the Kansas Supreme Court.
